Effective date: September 9, 2026
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) covers DSA_API, a private QuickBooks Online integration operated by Desert Skies Aviation Training LLC (“Desert Skies,” “we,” “us”) for the Aviation Intelligence group.
DSA_API is not listed on the Intuit App Store. It is licensed only to authorized operators of our own QuickBooks Online company files (Desert Skies Aviation Training LLC, Jaybird Sim Center LLC, and later Aviation Intelligence Inc).
We grant authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to connect our QuickBooks Online companies to DSA_API so we can keep our books.
You may not sublicense, resell, or offer DSA_API to third parties.
DSA_API uses Intuit’s QuickBooks Online API with the Accounting scope. By connecting a company file, you authorize us to read and write accounting data in that company (accounts, customers, vendors, invoices, bills, payments, and related transactions) for our internal bookkeeping.
Intuit’s products remain Intuit’s. This EULA does not change your Intuit or QuickBooks Online subscription terms.
Use DSA_API only for lawful accounting of companies you are authorized to administer. Do not share OAuth tokens. Do not connect a company that is not ours.
You may disconnect at any time from QuickBooks Online (Apps / connected apps) and by following Disconnect DSA_API. Disconnecting stops new API access. It does not delete historical exports we already stored for tax and audit.
DSA_API is provided “as is” for internal use. Desert Skies is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the integration. This is not tax, legal, or accounting advice.
We may update this EULA. The date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
