Disconnect DSA_API from QuickBooks Online

This page is for authorized operators who want to stop DSA_API from accessing a QuickBooks Online company.

1. Disconnect in QuickBooks

  1. Sign in to qbo.intuit.com as the company admin.
  2. Open Apps (or App Store → My Apps) and find DSA_API.
  3. Disconnect / revoke access.

Intuit will stop issuing new tokens for that company.

2. Delete local tokens

On the machine that ran the books connector, delete the token file in the restricted books folder (91_Restricted/qbo/tokens.json). Do not commit tokens to git.

3. What stays

Historical exports and the QuickBooks company file itself are not deleted by this disconnect. Ask thomas@desertskiesaviationaz.com if you also need those workpapers removed.
